Jeremy Gibson'S BIO
"I like DJing weddings because it is a joyous occasion and it feels good to contribute to a special day," DJ Jeremy Gibson said.

Jeremy has always been around music. His father was a founding member of the Phillip Glass Ensemble. He first began DJing between songs at a Guitar Hero night at Pianos in NYC.

Jeremy was in the band "The Squares" which opened for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Moldy Peaches and The Strokes in the early 2000's. Jeremy was signed to Def Jux in 2003 as part of Party Fun Action Committee, where he created comedic skits and songs with Blockhead.
He collaborated with Aesop Rock, producing on Bazooka Tooth and making parody songs together. Later, Jeremy developed the medieval entertainer persona Sir Jarlsberg, enjoying a long run of performances and videos.

Jeremy agrees with our approach of customized music and minimal announcements at weddings. He has DJed over 100.

DJ Jeremy Gibson is an NYC native and lives in his childhood home in Tribeca. He loves playing and watching sports.
