“I love helping couples create a wedding that feels personal and true to them,” says NYC wedding DJ Samantha Simmons. Her approach is centered around understanding the atmosphere each couple wants to create.
Samantha got her start as a radio DJ in 2013 and has been DJing throughout New York City since 2017. She DJs on radio station WFMU and at NYC spots like Public Radio.
In addition to DJing, Samantha has worked as a music supervisor for film projects, a French teacher, and a bartender.
Originally from Maryland and now based in Ridgewood, Queens. Samantha speaks conversational German and French.
